Rupert Sanders (Snow White and the Huntsman) is directing this film which also stars Michael Pitt, who will be playing the films antagonist which is a hacker named Kuze aka The Laughing Man, as well as Juliette Binoche (Dr. Ouelet), Pilou Asbæk (Batou), Michael Wincott, Joseph Naufahu (Police Commander Johns), Takeshi Kitano (Daisuke Aramaki),Christopher Obi (Ambassador Kiyoshi), Kaori Momoi and members of Section 9 played by Chin Han, Danusia Samal, Lasarus Ratuere, Yutaka Izumihara and Tuwanda Manyimo.
From what I’ve seen Fukushima in The Wolverine and Arrow, I’ve very much enjoyed her performances as she’s really good in the action sequence side of things and she brings an interesting role to her roles, particularly of what she brought to the table in Season 3 of Arrow.
Ghost In The Shell is scheduled for cinematic release on the 31st March 2017.
