Media outlets are reporting that Netflix has renewed drama series Santa Clarita Diet for a third season.

Santa Clarita Diet focuses on husband and wife realtors Joel and Shiela, who live vaguely discontented lives in the Los Angeles suburb of Santa Clarita with their teenage daughter Abby. One day Sheila goes through a dramatic transformation that sends their lives down a road of death and destruction.

The second season premiered on the streaming service back in March. The second season starred Drew Barrymore, Timothy Olyphant, Liv Hewson and Skyler Gisondo, with new guest stars Joel McHale, Maggie Lawson, Gerald McRaney and Zachary Knighton.
