The Good Fight: Renewed For Fourth Season At CBS All Access

Media outlets are reporting that The Good Wife spinoff The Good Fight has been renewed for a fourth season at CBS All Access.

The Good Fight picks up one year after the events of the flagship series’ finale, when Diane loses her entire life savings in a Ponzi scheme and must start all over at a new law firm. Currently in its third season, Diane Lockhart is trying to figure out whether one can resist a crazy administration without going crazy one’s self, while Adrian Boseman and Liz Reddick-Lawrence struggle with a new post-factual world where the lawyer who tells the best story triumphs over the lawyer with the best facts. Lucca Quinn is balancing her new baby with a new love, as well as a new politically complicated client, and Maia Rindell finds herself dealing with a new Mephistopheles in Roland Blum, a lawyer who is corruption incarnate.

Speaking about the renewal, Julie McNamara, executive vice president of original content at CBS All Access said:

[The show] continues to be a flagship original series for the service. Its visionary creators Robert and Michelle King and the extraordinary cast continue to explore the cultural climate with insight, humour and courage, and we can’t wait to see where these indelible characters go next.

The current season of The Good Fight stars Christine Baranski, Delroy Lindo, Cush Jumbo, Rose Leslie, Audra McDonald, Sarah Steele, Michael Boatman, Nyambi Nyambi and Michael Sheen.
