Chambers: Cancelled After One Season At Netflix

Media outlets are reporting that Netflix have cancelled horror series Chambers after one season.

The official synopsis for the series is as follows:

Taking place in a mystic, New Age pocket of Arizona, Chambers is a psychological horror story that explores the different ways we metabolise trauma. But what starts out as a grounded human story eventually pivots into something far more strange and fucked up than you were expecting.

Netflix released a statement saying:

Chambers will not return for a second season. We’re grateful to creator and showrunner Leah Rachel for bringing this story to us and to her fellow executive producers Alfonso Gomez Rejon, Steve Gaghan from Super Emotional, Winnie Kemp and Wolfgang Hammer from Super Deluxe, and Jennifer Yale. We’re also thankful to the tireless crew, and to our incredible cast, especially Uma Thurman, Tony Goldwyn and talented newcomer Sivan Alyra Rose.

Chambers starred Sivan Alyra Rose, Griffin Powell-Arcand, Uma Thurman, Tony Goldwyn, Marcus LaVoi, Lilliya Reid, Nicholas Galitzine, Kyanna Simone Simpson, Lilli Kay and Sarah Mezzanotte.
