Nickelodeon have released the official trailer for the upcoming limited series adaptation of the 90’s children’s horror series Are You Afraid Of The Dark?

The synopsis for the three-episode limited series event is as follows:

Across the three hour-long episodes, Are You Afraid of the Dark? will follow members of an entirely new Midnight Society, who tell a terrifying tale of the Carnival of Doom and its evil ringmaster Mr. Top Hat, only to witness the shocking story come frightfully to life.

The Canadian anthology series ran from 1990 to 1996, before making a return in 1999 and ended in 2000.

The upcoming limited series event stars Rafael Casal, Miya Cech, Lyliana Wray, Sam Ashe Arnold, Tamara Smart and Jeremy Taylor.

Are You Afraid Of The Dark? will air the three episodes the 11th, 18th and 25th October 2019.
