Netflix have released the official trailer for Martin Scorsese’s highly anticipated crime drama The Irishman.
The official synopsis for the film is as follows:
The Irishman is an epic saga of organised crime in post-war America told through the eyes of World War II veteran Frank Sheeran, a hustler and hitman who worked alongside some of the most notorious figures of the 20th century. Spanning decades, the film chronicles one of the greatest unsolved mysteries in American history, the disappearance of legendary union boss Jimmy Hoffa, and offers a monumental journey through the hidden corridors of organised crime: its inner workings, rivalries and connections to mainstream politics.
The Irishman stars Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, Joe Pesci, Harvey Keitel, Bobby Cannavale, Ray Romano, Jack Huston, Domenick Lombardozzi, Jeremy Luke, Joseph Russo, Stephen Graham, Kathrine Narducci, J.C Mackenzie, Craig Vincent, Anna Paquin, Welker White, Sebastian Maniscalco, Stephanie Kurtzuba, Aleska Palladino, Gary Basaraba, Jesse Plemons, Action Bronson, Jim Norton, Larry Romano, Jake Hoffman, Patrick Gallo, Albert Kobrovsky and Michael Present.
The Irishman will have a limited cinematic release on the 1st November 2019 before becoming available on Netflix from the 27th November 2019.
