Disney have released the latest trailer for the upcoming Disney+ Star Wars series The Mandalorian.
The series takes place after the fall of the Empire and the death of Darth Vader, as well as before the emergence of the First Order, focusing on a bounty hunter and gunfighter that is the native of Mandalore, the home planet of known bounty hunter’s Boba Feat and Jango Feat, as he travels to the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic.
The series hails from Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni, with the creative duo currently working already on a second season. Favreau has written the series and serve as executive producer, whilst Filoni directed the first episode. Filoni also serves as executive producer alongside Kathleen Kennedy and Colin Wilson. Other episodes are directed by notable names such as Taika Waititi, Bryce Dallas Howard, Deborah Chow and Rick Famuyiwa.
The series stars Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Nick Nolte, Giancarlo Esposito, Carl Weathers, Emily Swallow, Omid Abtahi, Werner Herzog, Taika Waititi, Bill Burr, Mark Boone Junior and Ming-Na Wen.
The Mandalorian is one of the marquee series for the Disney+ streaming service and will premiere on launch on the 12th November 2019.
