Deadline is exclusively reporting that Shailene Woodley, Julie Bowen and John Ortiz are the latest names to join the cast of High School drama film The Fallout.
The Fallout focuses on High School student Vada, who navigates the emotional fallout she experiences in the wake of a school tragedy while relationships with her family, friends and view of the world are forever altered.
The film is just wrapping up its four-week shoot in Los Angeles this week, with production company Clear Horizon prepping to shop the project at the upcoming TIFF and AFM markets.
The film is written and directed by Megan Park, with David Brown and Giulia Prenna serving as producers under the Clear Horizon banner alongside Joannie Burstein and Rebecca Miller for The Burstein Company, Cara Shine and Todd Lundbohm for 828 Media Capital. 828 Media Capital is financing the project and Clear Horizon is selling worldwide rights.
The trio will join a cast that includes Niles Fitch, Jenna Ortega, Maddie Ziegler, Will Ropp and Lumi Pollack.
