Deadline is exclusively reporting that Ava Capri and Anthony Keyvan have signed up for recurring roles for the upcoming second season of Hulu’s coming-of-age comedy series Love, Victor.
The series focuses on Victor, a new student at Creekwood High School on his own journey of self-discovery, facing challenges at home, adjusting to a new city and struggling with his sexual orientation. When it all seems too much, he reaches out to Simon to help him navigate the ups and downs of High School.
Ava Capri (whose credits include Blast Beat and The Experience) will be playing the role of a cool free-spirt who is close friends with Benji, and Anthony Keyvan (whose credits include Alexa & Katie and Two Eyes) will be playing the role of a funny and effusive LGBTQ student at Creekwood at the start of his coming out journey. The duo join recently announced Betsy Brandt as newcomers for the second season.
The first season of Love, Victor starred Ana Ortiz, Michael Cimino, James Martinez, Isabella Ferreira, Mateo Fernandez, Johnny Sequoyah, Bebe Wood, George Sear, Anthony Turpel, Mason Gooding, Sophia Bush and Rachel Naomi Hilson.
