Apple TV+ have released the official trailer for the upcoming second season of drama series For All Mankind.
The official synopsis for the series is as follows:
Told through the lives of NASA astronauts, engineers and their families, For All Mankind presents an aspirational world where NASA and the space program remained a priority and a focal point of our hopes and dreams.
The second season takes place in 1983, at the height of the Cold War, as the Soviet Union and United States battle it out for control over lunar resources on the moon. As tensions rise, the various characters see the militarisation of NASA impact their own lives, with the threat of a nuclear war looming.
The series was recently renewed for a third season.
The second season stars Joel Kinnaman, Michael Dorman, Wrenn Schmidt, Sarah Jones, Shantel VanSanten, Jodi Balfour, Cynthy Wu, Coral Peña and Casey W. Johnson.
For All Mankind season 2 premieres on the streaming service on 19th February 2021.
