Deadline is exclusively reporting that Betty Gabriel has signed up for a series regular role in the upcoming third season of Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, and will be joined by new series regulars James Cosmo, Peter Guinness, Nina Hoss and Alexej Manvelov.

The third season finds Jack Ryan on the run and in a race against time. Jack is wrongly implicated in a larger conspiracy and suddenly finds himself a fugitive out in the cold. Now, wanted by both the CIA and an international rogue faction that he has uncovered, Jack is forced underground, crisscrossing Europe, trying to stay alive and prevent a massive global conflict.

Betty Gabriel (whose recent credits include Counterpart and Defending Jacob) will be playing the role of Elizabeth Wright, the Chief of Station. Betty Gabriel happens to be replacing Marianne Jean-Baptiste, who was originally signed for the role towards the end of last year, but departed due to creative differences. James Cosmo (whose recent credits include His Dark Materials and Get Duked!) will be playing the role of Luca, Peter Guinness (whose recent credits include Cursed and Zack Snyder’s Justice League) will be playing the role of Petr, Nina Hoss (whose recent credits include Homeland and Shadowplay) will be playing the role of Alena, and Alexej Manvelov (whose recent credits include Chernobyl and Undercover) will be playing the role of Alexei.

The new additions will join a cast that includes John Krasinski, Wendell Pierce and Michael Kelly. The series is executive produced by Krasinski, Andrew Form, Allyson Seeger, Vaun Wilmott, Brad Fuller, Michael Bay, Tom Clancy, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Marcy Ross, Mace Neufeld and Carlton Cuse.
