The latest trailer for the upcoming action thriller Gunpowder Milkshake has been released online.

The official synopsis for the film is as follows:

Sam was only twelve-years-old when her mother Scarlet, an elite assassin, was forced to abandon her. Sam was raised by The Firm, the ruthless crime syndicate her mother worked for. Now, fifteen years later, Sam has followed in her mother’s footsteps and grown into a fierce hit-woman. But when a high-risk job goes wrong, Sam must choose between serving The Firm and protecting the life of an innocent eight-year-old girl – Emily. With a target on her back, Sam has only one chance to survive: Reunite with her mother and her lethal associates, The Librarians.

The film is written by Ehud Lavski and Navot Papushado, with Papushado also directing, and stars Karen Gillan, Chloe Coleman, Lena Headey, Angela Bassett, Michelle Yeoh, Paul Giamatti, Carla Gugino, Ivan Kaye, Ralph Ineson, Adam Nagaitis and David Burnell IV.

Gunpowder Milkshake will become available on Netflix in the U.S on the 14th July 2021, while Studiocanal will release the film in the UK and Ireland in August.
