Deadline is exclusively reporting that Madison Pettis, Vanessa Morgan and Richard Harmon have signed up to star in horror thriller Margaux.
The film tells the story of a group of college friends who rent a smart house for a weekend of partying. However, they slowly start to realise that Margaux, the house’s super advanced AI system, has sinister designs for them.
The film is set to be directed by Steven C. Miller, with the script written by Nick Waters and Chris Beyrooty, who will also serve as executive producers. MPCA’s Brad Krevoy will serve as producer alongside Eric Jarboe, Amanda Phillips, Amy Krell, Lorenzo Nardini and Jaime Goehring’s Lighthouse Pictures. Charles Cohen from MPCA will also serve as executive producer and will oversee the project.
Margaux will begin production this summer in Vancouver, Canada.
