MGM have released the official trailer for the upcoming musical drama Cyrano.

The official synopsis for the film is as follows:

A musical/drama adaptation of the life of Cyrano de Bergerac. Too self-conscious to woo Roxanne himself, wordsmith Cyrano de Bergerac helps young Christian nab her heart through love letters.

The film is adapted by Erica Schmidt, directed by Joe Wright and stars Peter Dinklage, Haley Bennett, Ben Mendelsohn, Kelvin Harrison Jr. and Bashir Salahuddin.

Cyrano is scheduled for US cinematic release on the 25th December 2021, and UK cinematic release on the 14th January 2022.
