20th Century Studios have released the official trailer for the upcoming adventure comedy Home Sweet Home Alone.

The official synopsis for the film is as follows:

Max Mercer is a 12-year-old boy who is grounded and left home alone for the holidays when his family goes on a trip to Japan. Now he must work to defend his home from a married couple who arrives there to steal a priceless heirloom.

The film is written by Mikey Day and Streeter Seidell, directed by Dan Mazer, and stars Archie Yates, Ellie Kemper, Rob Delaney, Kenan Thompson, Ally Maki, Chris Parnell, Aisling Bea, Pete Holmes, Timothy Simons, Mikey Day and Andy Daly.
