Disney have released a first look image of Kathy Najimy, Bette Milder and Sarah Jessica Parker reprising the roles of the Sanderson sisters as production begins on Hocus Pocus 2.

The sequel to the 1993 film focuses on three young women accidentally bringing back the Sanderson Sisters to modern day Salem. They must then figure out how to stop the child-hungry witches from wreaking havoc on the world.

Production is currently underway in Rhode Island, with the film being directed by Anne Fletcher, and the screenplay written by Jen D’Angelo. Also starring in the film are Sam Richardson, Tony Hale, Hannah Waddingham, Whitney Peak, Lilia Buckingham, Melissa Escobedo, Doug Jones, Juju Brenner, Froy Gutierrez, Taylor Henderson And Nina Kitchen.

Hocus Pocus 2 will be coming to Disney+ in Autumn 2022.
