As part of their opening day of Geeked Week, Netflix announced that the hit Korean zombie series All Of Us Are Dead has been renewed for a second season.

The official synopsis for the series is as follows:

A group of students trapped in a high school and find themselves in dire situations as they seek to be rescued from a zombie invasion of their school.

The series, which premiered in late January this year, rose into the top ten most watched non-English TV series in 91 countries and, according to Netflix’s rating system, it drew 361m viewing hours in its first ten days. The series is created by Lee JQ and Kim Nam-su, with Lee JQ also serving as showrunner, while Chung Sung-il serve as a writer on the series.
