Signature Entertainment have released the official UK trailer for the upcoming thriller The Stranger In Our Bed.

The official synopsis for the film is as follows:

Feeling trapped in her controlling marriage to wealthy husband Tom, Charlotte Carlisle begins an affair with another man, who one day mysteriously disappears without a trace. Behind her husband’s back, she secretly begins an investigation into the disappearance, teaming up with her lover’s sister Becki to uncover the truth behind what happened. It quickly becomes clear that nothing is at it seems, and after becoming witnesses to a murder, the two become entangled in a dark and twisted game of cat-and-mouse. With her life on the line, Charlotte must uncover what’s really going on – before it’s too late.

The film is based on Samantha Lee Howe’s bestselling novel, which she has adapted here, and is directed by Giles Alderson. The film stars Emily Berrington, Ben Lloyd-Hughes, Samantha Bond, Joseph Marcell, Nina Wadia, Andi Osho, Bart Edwards, Paul Casar, Terri Dwyer and Alexander Hanson.
