The official synopsis for the film is as follows:

After surviving a heart attack, Randal Graves decides to make a movie with Dante Hicks about their lives at the Quick Stop convenience store.

Written and directed by Kevin Smith, the film stars Brian O’Halloran, Jeff Anderson, Rosario Dawson, Marilyn Ghigliotti, Trevor Fehrman, Jason Mewes and Kevin Smith.
