Deadline is reporting that Ariana DeBose has signed on to star in the Prime Video and Blumhouse psychological thriller House of Spoils.

The film will see the Oscar Winner play the role of an ambitious chef who opens her first restaurant, and contends with the powerful spirit of the estate’s previous owner who threatens to sabotage her at every turn.

The film is written and will be directed by Bridget Savage Cole and Danielle Krudy. Production on House of Spoils is scheduled to commence this Autumn.
