Deadline is exclusively reporting that Gratiela Brancusi and Lane Garrison have signed up for recurring roles for the upcoming second season of Paramount+ drama series Mayor of Kingstown.

The official synopsis for the series is as follows:
Mayor of Kingstown follows the McLusky family – power brokers in Kingstown, Michigan where the business of incarceration is the only thriving industry. Tackling themes of systemic racism, corruption and inequality, the series provides a stark look at their attempt to bring order and justice to a town that has neither.

Gratiela Brancusi (whose only credit so far is 1883) will be playing the role of Tatiana, a hostess at the Cheetah Nightclub. Lane Garrison (whose credits include Yellowstone and 12 Mighty Orphans) will be playing the role of Carney, one of the higher-ranking prison guards at Kingstown and an associate of Mike’s.

The series is executive produced by Taylor Sheridan, Hugh Dillon, Antoine Fuqua, David C. Glasser, Ron Burkle, Bob Yari and Michael Friedman.

Brancusi and Garrison will join a cast that includes Jeremy Renner, Dianne Wiest, Hugh Dillon, Taylor Handley, Emma Laird, Tobi Bamtefa, Derek Webster, Nishi Munshi, Hamish Allan-Headley and Aidan Gillen.
