Mubi have released the official trailer for the upcoming drama feature Aftersun.

The official synopsis for the film is as follows:

Sophie reflects on the shared joy and private melancholy of a holiday she took with her father twenty years earlier. Memories real and imagined fill the gaps between miniDV footage as she tries to reconcile the father she knew with the man she didn’t.

The film is written and directed by Charlotte Wells and stars Paul Mescal, Francesca Corio, Celia Rowlson-Hall, Sally Messham, Ayse Parlak, Sophia Lamanova, Brooklyn Toulson and Spike Fearn.

Aftersun is currently scheduled for cinematic release in the UK and Ireland on the 18th November 2022.
