Deadline is exclusively reporting that Harry Lawtey is the latest name to join the cast for the upcoming DC film Joker: Folie À Deux at Warner Bros.

In the 2019 original film it focused on Arthur Fleck, a clown-for-hire and an aspiring comedian who lives with his mother in Gotham City, which is currently on the brink of collapse due to the financial gap between the working class and the upper class, as well as the rise in unemployment and crime. While the story is being kept under wraps, insiders claim that the Joker sequel will be set in Arkham Asylum and will feature musical elements. The report doesn’t state what role Harry Lawtey will be playing in the film, but from what they hear it’ll be a big one for the actor.
