Deadline is exclusively reporting that Emma Corrin is the latest name to join the cast for the upcoming Marvel Studios sequel Deadpool 3.

It’s unclear as of yet as to what the story will be for the film, but it will mark the first time that Marvel Studios will be collaborating with Ryan Reynolds and company on the Deadpool franchise, with Hugh Jackman also reprising the role of Wolverine.

The report states that Emma Corrin’s role is being kept under wraps, though they understand that they will be playing the villain.

The film has Shawn Levy attached to direct, with Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese writing the script, based on a previous draft penned by Wendy Molyneux and Lizzie Molyneux-Logelin. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige will serve as producer alongside Ryan Reynolds and Shawn Levy.

Deadpool 3 is scheduled for cinematic release on the 8th November 2024.
