Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige announced at the Disney’s Upfront presentation that the second season of the Disney+ series Loki will premiere on the 6th October 2023.

The series follows the God of Mischief after stealing the Tesseract during the events of Avengers: Endgame. Loki uses it to travel through time and alter human history, but eventually he ends up landing in trouble with the bureaucratic TVA (Time Variance Authority).

Episodes for the second season will be released weekly. Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead will executive produce and direct the second season, with Eric Martin serving as head writer as well as executive producer. Also executive producing are Michael Waldron and Tom Hiddleston.

The second season of Loki stars Tom Hiddleston, Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku, Eugene Cardero, Tara Strong, Jonathan Majors, Ke Huy Quan, Rafael Casal and Kate Dickie.
