Deadline is reporting that a remake of the 1989 cult classic Road House is moving forward at Prime Video, with Jake Gyllenhaal set to star alongside Billy Magnussen, Daniela Melchior, Gbemisola Ikumelo, Lukas Gage, Hannah Love Lanier, Travis Van Winkle, B.K. Cannon, Arturo Castro, Dominique Columbus, Beau Knapp and Bob Menery.
Road House remake that has been talked about today from Variety is that MGM are close to striking a deal with Nick Cassavetes to write and direct the re-envisioning of the 80’s cult classic, which will have Ronda Rousey in the lead role and also on board as a producer.
