A24 have released the latest trailer for the upcoming Alex Garland film Civil War.

While the exact plot is being kept under wraps, it’s clear from the trailer that the focus on the film is set in a near-future United States which is in war with itself, following a war photographer and a group of civilians heading straight to the capital.

The film is written and directed by Alex Garland and stars Kirsten Dunst, Wagner Moura, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Cailee Spaeny, Jesse Plemons, Karl Glusman, Sonoya Mizuno, Jonica T. Gibbs and Nick Offerman.

Civil War is scheduled for cinematic release on the 12th April 2024.
