TheWrap is exclusively reporting that Úrsula Corberó is the latest name to join the cast of Paramount’s G.I Joe spinoff Snake Eyes.
Snake Eyes is a silent ninja commando who dresses all in back, never reveals his face and doesn’t speak. He stands out among the military anti-terrorist group and quickly establishes himself as the most popular character. He has a special relationship with Scarlett, the team’s only female member and sometimes carries out solo missions with his pet wolf Timber. His nemesis is Storm Shadow, a ninja who is also his blood brother.
Úrsula Corberó (whose credits include Money Heist and Snatch) will be playing the role of Baroness, a femme fatale who is COBRA’s intelligence officer.
Robert Schwentke is directing the film, with the script written by Evan Spiliotopoulos and Brian Goldner serving as producer.
